Travel Information

Parma is located in Emilia Romagna in the North of Italy, half-way between Milano and Bologna . Parma can be reached from Milano and Bologna by train and from Rome by daily flights. There are also direct flights connecting Parma to Brussels .

A Shuttle Service will be available on September 10 th and 11 th , 2005 from the Malpensa Airport to Parma at a low price (€ 20/person). For booking the service please indicate it on the Accommodation Form or contact the Parma Incoming Agency and communicate the arrival time.

Accomodation

Accommodation in hotel has been reserved for all participants at discounted rates by the organizers. In order to ensure and to guarantee that the hotel reservation will be made as required, it is necessary to return the Registration and Accommodation Forms to the official logistic Parma Incoming Agency. Each participant will receive the hotel voucher to be presented to the hotel upon arrival. Room reservations received after July 1, 2005 cannot be guaranteed.

4-star hotel in Parma ( € ) : 110,00 - 130,00 / 125,00 - 165,00 / 139,00 - 215,00

3-star hotel in Parma ( € ) : 82,00 - 105,00 / 110,00 - 125,00 / 114,00 - 136,00

3 and 4 star hotel out of Parma ( € ) : 88,00 - 90,00 / 88,00 - 99,00 / 115,00 - 129,00

Accepted reservations

• Reservation guarantee with Credit Card on the Accommodation form.
• Reservation guarantee with payment by bank transfer : payment of the price of one night stay for every booked room by means of a bank transfer to the hotel bank account.

Confirmed reservations: Upon receipt of the registration and accommodation form with the respective fees, the confirmation along with the registration number will be forwarded by Parma Incoming . Until you receive a confirmation letter, your registration is not complete. If you do not receive this letter within 3 weeks, please inform the Parma Incoming Agency.

Payment: Directly to the hotel.
